I Flip-(flop)-ed Out!

My flip flop broke three days ago and there was no way that I was getting into the dorm shower bare foot. For the past three days, I have been showering in a broken shoe. I never realized the benefit of a non-broken flip flop until this day.

“It’s hard to flip with no flop.” - MOTY (Mother of the Year— Mom picked the nickname herself)

While I was taking a break from studying, it hit me.

I have a hot glue gun…..

I have a broken flip flop…..

So I decided to hot glue my shoe back together.

My parents are finally seeing a return on their investment with my hot glue gun. I am saving them a whole 15 dollars for a new pair of shower shoes. WOOHOO!
